Return Policy & Exchanges

Returns & Exchanges:

In order to be eligible for a return, the item/items must be unused. They would need to be returned in the same state that you received them in. 

You have a 2 week period to contact me and move forward with the return/exchange. 

Collars are not eligible for exchanges since they are customized to fit your dog. Please be sure to measure you pups neck and head correctly that way I receive the correct information. 

Sale Items:

Sale items will not be applicable for returns/exchanges. 

Warranty:

I have lifetime warranty. If you ever experience any issues with any of the products you have received please send me a message and I am more than happy to help you.
